Carlos Darren Bullard, was born in Miami on January 4, 1967 to the late Isiah and Eula Mae Bullard. He attended and graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High School. Carlos also played basketball for his alma mater.

On April 17, 2019 he married the love of his life, Cathy Ann Williams. He was an employee of Sam's Club Produce Department in Tallahassee. Carlos loved fresh water fishing. He loved spending time with his family at home. He truly loved his neighborhood and helped anyone who called for him.

On Thursday, January 28th, our Heavenly Father's called Carlos home. Those left to cherish his fond memories and undying love are his wife, Cathy Ann Bullard of Tallahassee, FL; his step-daughters, Alishia Hughley and Samantha Oliver, both of Tallahassee, FL; his step-sons, Rakeem Miller of Tallahassee, FL and Bobby Hughley of Chattahoochee, FL; his grandchildren, Reign Williams, Zayden Williams, Teresa Hill, Tanisha Hill, Isaiah Hughley, Carveon Sanders, Charee Sanders & London Sanders; his sister, Patricia Bullard of Tallahassee, FL; his brothers, Eugene (Judie) Bullard of Douglasville, GA, Samuel (Catherine) Bullard of Washington, Virginia, Lamar, Isiah, and Robert Bullard all of Miami, FL; other relatives and friends. Carlos was preceded in death by his siblings, Margaret Johnson and Tony Bullard.
