Carolyn Patricia Miller Hutto

Carolyn Patricia Miller Hutto, age 64, of Whigham, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2025.

Patty, as she was lovingly called, was born on August 14, 1961, in Tallahassee, Florida, to Joyce Carolyn Page Miller and the late Morris Hunter Miller, Jr.

Patty attended Leon High School in Tallahassee, Florida. She worked as an advertising sales agent for the local television channel in Leon County for numerous years.

In 1996, Patty married Terry Wayne Hutto of Whigham, Georgia. She took great delight in gardening. She also enjoyed fishing and reading; one of her favorites was the Our Daily Bread editions. Patty also liked jigsaw and crossword puzzles. Patty enjoyed spending time with family and good food, particularly medium-rare prime rib.

Patty's life was a beautiful flower now blooming in God's own garden. Patty is deeply missed and will be forever loved and cherished by her husband, Terry Wayne Hutto; mother, Joyce Carolyn Miller; sisters, Rose Marie (Mike) McLeod and Jannette Miller (Noah) Mims; and many other relatives and friends.

Patty was preceded in death by her son, Holton Wayne Hutto; father, Morris Hunter Miller, Jr.; and siblings, Morris Hunter Miller, III, and Annette Miller Hartsfield.
