Born in Panama City, Florida on June 2, 1943, Charles "Buddy" Elmer Weston, Jr. was the son of the Lois and Charles Elmer Weston, Sr.. Buddy was a resident of Panacea, Florida. After high school, Buddy joined and served several years in the United States Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force, Buddy became a sales consultant for a large cosmetology corporation. He loved fishing, hunting and camping.

Buddy passed away on Tuesday morning, June 7th, 2022. He leaves to embrace his legacy and fond memories: his son, Charles Elmer (Shannon) Weston, III; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Moseley, Skyler Weston and Charles "Chase" Elmer Weston, IV; his great grandchildren, Isabella Pagano and Lilianna Robledo. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Kenneth Weston and his two sisters, Carolyn and Joann.
