Frostee Joe Kozlovsky

Frostee Joe Kozlovsky, the Russian Pink Nose, was born along with his two elder brothers on August 9, 2016 in Khrabrovo, Russia. Although he was the runt of the litter, he had the largest personality of the all. Before moving to Florida Frostee could be seen prancing around the farm and investigating anything that moved. He loved chasing the chickens and other farm animals.

Upon relocating to Carrabelle, Florida, Forstee had to become aquainted with a new environment that included hanging out on the beaches and boating. Soon he had became friends with the other beach families and could be seen running the sandy strip with the children of the community. He would go house to house accepting snacks and hugs from anyone that he could charm.

After returning from a family vacation, Frostee became ill and needed a lot of care. Because of his large charming personality, Frostee had visitors daily until his demise, on March 18th.

Frostee will be forever remembered by his parents, JoAnn Meocuit and Sergey Kozlovsky; sisters Krystal Kozlovsky and Sasha Kozlovsky; his feline sister Minnie Kozlovsky; his community friends and pet brothers and sisters.

There will be a memorial cruise from Bristol Harbor with interment at sea on Sunday, April 6th, 2024 at 9am.
