Romona Kenyatta Rollison was born in Dade County Florida on December 11, 1979. She was the daughter of James and Rosa Rollison; both preceded her in death.

Romona attended Amos P. Godby High School in Tallahassee, Florida. With a great desire to do more, Romona enrolled in Ultimate Medical Academy where she obtained an associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding from. A caring health care aide, she was known extensively as an amazing hairdresser.

Those who knew Romona well grew to know a woman with an enormous heart and lively spirit. She was the kind of person that never met a stranger. She was the absolute life of the party and the center of attention wherever she went. Though Romona had no children of her own, she played a huge role in raising children and loving them as her own. "Mona", as she was known, was a large part of her village because she cared for everyone.

On May 13, 2021, Sister Romona Kenyatta Rollison passed away peacefully. Provisionally left behind yet expecting to see her again are her brothers Miguel Rollison, Antonio Rollison and Anthony Rollison; her sisters, Angela Lang, Creshanda Rollison and Lakedra Rollison (who preceded her in death); her nieces Roneisha Robinson, Rodsheba Yant, Erikecia Yant and Sabrina Yant (Dequann); her nephews, Eric Yant, Ja'Quez Yant, Khalil Simmons, Kendrick Simmons, Kenyan Jackson, Korey Simmons; her aunts, Chiquita Williams, Winnifred Becker (Edward), Sandra McMillan (Marshall). Uncles Kenneth Williams, Robert Rollison.
