Sandra C. Griggs

Sandra "Kitt" Griggs, 65, of Sopchoppy, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on May 29, 2023.

Kitt was raised in Panacea, Florida, and attended Wakulla County schools. She was employed at the St. Marks Powder Plant, where she was Chief A for numerous years. Kitt enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, and spending time with family.

She is survived by: her mother, Mary Virginia Cruse; sons, Kevin Cruse, Joseph (Tiffany) Raker, and Kamien Griggs; stepdaughter, Jessica (Clyde) Oaks; grandchildren, Lea (Dakota), Sade, Dylan (Austin), Kirsten, Jolce, and Justice; three great-grandchildren; brother, Donnie Cruse; nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

Those who transitioned before Sandra include her father, Joseph Cruse; her husband, Pete Griggs; and her daughter, Kasey Brannen.

A memorial service will be held 12PM, Saturday, June 10th  at GRACE Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (850-926-4407). All attendees are asked to follow COVID -19 social distancing guidelines.  Resolutions and other correspondence may be sent to contactus@gracefcs.com
