On October 3, 2021, Stacey Deeann McCall passed away quietly at home surrounded by her family. Stacy was born July 22, 1962, in Port St. Joe, Florida; however, Stacy lived her entire life in Apalachicola.

Stacy gallantly fought a long battle with such Grace and Independence.  Stacy never met a stranger; she had a smile for everyone and everyone was her "baby". Her last smile was when she saw the face of God.

Stacy is survived by her brother, Kelly (Barbara) Butler; her sons, Shelley (Ponchee) Polous and James (Kerry) McCall; her grandchildren, Taylor, Evan and Kayleigh Polous, Brayden and James McCall II; her neice, Ciera (Nicholas); and her nephew, Brice (Marilyn). Stacy is also survived by her beloved dog "Belle" who will spend the rest of her days being spoiled by her Uncle Kelly.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford "Piggy" and Maria Jane Vause. Stacy will forever be remembered for her kind and giving spirit.
