Ulyssice WIlliams
1941 - 2023

Ulyssice Williams was born on August 5, 1941, in Monticello, Florida. He was the son of Inez and Simon Williams, Sr.

At the age of 17, Ulyssice relocated to Bronx, New York, where he became a button technician for the ET Buttons. While in New York, Ulyssice met and married the love of his life, Ann.

Ulyssice and Ann relocated to Columbia, South Carolina in 2003, where he joined Cathedral of Faith Ministries under Bishop Richard Johnson & Mother Peggy Johnson.

In 2013, Ulyssice returned to Monticello, Florida. Ulyssice joined Greater Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Melvin Roberts.

In his spare time, Ulyssice enjoyed baking and playing solitaire on his phone, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

On September 17, 2023, Ulyssice answered the Master's call. Those left to cherish his fond memories are: his sons, Darryl Benton of Bronx, NY, and Ricci Farmer of New York, NY; daughters, Toi Ann Mobley of Columbia, SC, and Crystal Farmer of New York, NY; a grandson raise as a son, David (Aimee) Francis of Hampton, GA; his sisters, Gwen (William) Suggs of Memphis, TN; and Elnora Williams of Monticello, FL; brothers, Simons Williams and Darryl (Latasha) Seabrooks, all of Monticello, FL; and Willie Williams of Manhattan, NY; a devoted sister-in-law, Peggy Seabrooks of Monticello, FL; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other relatives; and friends. Ulyssice was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Williams; parents, Inez and Simon Williams, Sr., and siblings, Eddie James Williams, Larry Williams, Samuel Williams, Gregory Seabrooks, Richard Williams, and Roszell Bryant.

Memorial Services for Ulyssice will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Greater Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church (690 Cypress Street; Monticello, FL 32344).
